Fat to Phat weekly Challenge - Healthy Cooking

Hey Yal. Okay i noticed that alot of you like to salt your food before during and after your cooking it. I know that it what we are use to but it is not what we should be doing to our food and our bodies. Learning to reduce your salt intake will help decrease your risk of high blood pressure and other problems.
Its bad enough that the food is already processed, it does NOT help that we continue to add other products to the "food" that makes it and us weak.
Some people may think that just becuase ythey are cooking their own food that its healthier. This can be the truth IF the person cooking is aware of the ingredients they are using, how much they are using and the effects of that ingredient on the body. There is more to fitness and cooking than broiling something, instead of frying. You have to really truly consider what is happening to the food and how it will affect your weightloss and fitness journey!
